Work in Progress...

And-as always- I have gotten a brilliant idea, toiled over it briefly until it started to become the least bit tedious, and promptly lost interest. Ok, well, not really lost interest, but lost steam to say the least. I decided to start a style-based blog months ago, and this is how far I've gotten. Fashion related blogs have become sort of an obsession of mine lately, and I have been working so hard on discovering my own personal style aesthetic that it seemed the next natural step to start a blog of my own. The kind I always search for but rarely find- one that displays affordable, accessible fashion that is wearable, but still chic and fun. I thought it would be a great way to develop my own sense of style, and network with like-minded individuals. I had all these great plans...but when it came down to the actual doing...meh. Not so much. Firstly, I have absolutely NO experience with web design...is Blogger even considered actual web design? I highly doubt it, but I definitely wouldn't know, as I have zero experience with anything computer related other than Facebook and online shopping. Also, I suck at taking pictures. You should see my gallery in my phone- about 200 blurry action shots of my Pomeranian (you know you want to be his Facebook fan). Not to mention I am quite possibly the least photogenic person on the planet. So how am I supposed to photograph myself, outfits, or anything for that matter? I bought a cute little baby blue camera which, of course, doesn't even have a timer, or anything else I would need. Le sigh. So, I decided, as is my general attitude towards life in general- fuck it. We've all got to start somewhere. And I am starting with a very pathetic little layout and a forced first blog about nothing. Consider it a work in progress ;)
